August One Small Step: Reflect, Revamp and Renew Revisited

There is still a month left before Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer.  This is a perfect time to reassess your fitness goals and reflect on progress and successes.  My One Small Step series is about taking small, manageable steps towards a more fit life, one month at a time.  Your assignment this month?  Finish the July and August Reflect, Revamp and Renew project.  You can also take this time to catch up if you’ve fallen behind or jump on the bandwagon if you’re just joining us.
